Pomegranate Health Systems accepts most private insurance or employer's health plans with coverage for behavioral health residential treatment and/or acute inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Also self-pay. There are typically limits to behavioral healthcare coverage; contact your provider for more information. Call intake/utilization review to discuss your unique needs.

Pomegranate works with each utilization review team on a case-by-case basis. Some typical providers include:

Please call your insurance company directly to verify if this is a covered service. You may wish to check deductibles for behavioral healthcare. At this time, Pomegranate is not accepting Medicaid patients for it's acute hospital.

Pomegranate works with Ohio Counties- Department of Children Service. Typically Medicaid covers physician, lab, nursing and specific fees associated with treatment.
